The Tooth Pixies are the Tooth Fairy Mother’s helpers that are send to watch over your child during the process of loosing their baby teeth.
Tucked away in the magnificent, ancient, rugged Ballroom rainforest of Dove Lake, Cradle Mountain Tasmania lives the Tooth Fairy Mother and her family of Tooth Pixies. This unique and magical habitat is sanctuary to many Australian native plants and animals, as well as the Tooth Fairy Mother and her little Tooth Pixie helpers.
Some children get their very own Tooth Pixie when they get their first baby tooth, while others will get their Tooth Pixie when your child first gets a wobbly tooth.
Your very own Tooth Pixie will keep a watchful eye on your child to help instill the values of self-care, brushing teeth, eating healthy food and kindness. Your very own Tooth Pixie reports back to Tooth Fairy Mother each night while your child sleeps. The next morning you might find your very own Tooth Pixie in a new location in your home!
You can name your very own Tooth Pixie whatever you like and register their name at our Tooth Pixie adoption centre here.
Encourage your child to put their tooth in the Tooth Pixie cup next to their bed, and that night when your child goes to sleep the Tooth Fairy Mother will leave a little reward for a child that has looked after their teeth, eaten their healthy food and shown kindness to others.
Every family receives something different, some children receive a note, others a small money offering or maybe a special gift.
Sometimes the Tooth Pixie will stay all year round with your family, other times they may only be there when your child’s tooth is wobbly.
The Tooth Fairy Mother has a special Tooth holder to keep your childs’ teeth safe, find it here.

Children usually get 20 baby teeth and will start losing all 20 baby teeth starting around 6 years old until around 13 years old.
Good oral health is comprised of clean teeth, as well as fresh breath and healthy gums. In order to enjoy optimal oral health, it is important to practice proper oral hygiene on a daily basis.
It’s recommended that you regularly brush and floss your teeth, eat health food and have regular dental check-ups.

The aboriginal custodians of the Cradle Mountain and Lake Dove area of the park are the Weebonenetiner people who were part of the traditional lands of the North tribe. It's thought that Aboriginal people did not live in this challenging alpine environment permanently, but travelled to the area's fertile, sub-alpine valleys during summer on seasonal hunting trips.
We acknowledge the Weebonenetiner people as the Traditional Custodians of this land in which our concept is born.
