The FAQ.
Who are the Tooth Pixies?
The Tooth Fairy Mother's helpers. She sends one to watch over each child while they lose their baby teeth.
Where do they come from?
The Ballroom Forest at Dove Lake, Cradle Mountain, Tasmania. It's a real rainforest, and home to the Tooth Fairy Mother.
What does the Pixie do?
It watches the brushing, cheers on healthy food and kindness, and reports back to the Tooth Fairy Mother each night while your child sleeps.
What happens when a tooth falls out?
Pop it in a cup beside the bed. That night the Tooth Fairy Mother visits and leaves a little something. Every family does this differently: a note, a coin, a small gift.
How do I name and register our Pixie?
Your child picks the name. Register it here and we'll email a printable adoption certificate.
What age is it for?
The book works from about 3. The Pixie is best given at the first wobbly tooth, usually around 5 or 6.
Do I have to move the Pixie every night?
No. Some families move it each morning as a little game. Others leave it by the bed. There are no rules and no guilt.
How fast is shipping?
Flat $9.95 shipping Australia-wide, free over $75. We ship from the Gold Coast in 1–2 business days.
I have more than one child. What should I buy?
Each child should have their own Pixie. Sibling Packs give you one book and 2, 3 or 4 Pixies. Or get a complete Deluxe Pack each.
